UJI LINIERITAS
Uji linieritas adalah untuk menguji keberartian dan kelinieran suatu data. Apakah persamaaan prediksi terbentuk tersebut dpat dipakai sebagai alat prediksi dalam melihat setiap gejala/ perubahan yang terjadi pada variable Y yang disebabkan oleh adanya perubahan yang terjadi pada variable X serta apakah persamaan prediksi tersebut dapat mengidentifikasi perubahan dengan konstanta tentu yang membentuk perubahan searah.
Pada penelitian saya kali ini saya meneliti apakah variable orientasi pembelajaran, kemampuan penalaran, serta keterampilan menulis siswa dan siswi MAN Tanjungbalai tersebut dapat dijadikan alat prediksi atau tidak.
Dengan ketentun sebagai berikut :
F hitung > F table maka signifikan
F hitung < F table maka linier
Dari table pembantu di atas dapat kita ambil kesimpulan bahwa:
1. Nilai F hitung < F table untuk uji signifikan, maka variable orientasi pembelajaran dan keterampilan menulis tidak dapat dijadikan alat prediksi dalam melihat setiap gejala/ perubahan yang terjadi pada variable keterampilan menulis yang disebabkan oleh adanya perubahan yang terjadi pada variable semangat orientasi pembelajaran
.
2. Nilai F hitung > F table untuk uji linier, maka variable orientasi pembelajaran dan keterampilan menulis tidak dapat mengidentifikasi perubahan dengan konstanta tentu membentuk perubahan searah.
3. Nilai F hitung > F table untuk uji signifikan, maka variable kemampuan penalaran dan keterampilan menulis dapat dijadikan sebagai alat prediksi dalam melihat setiap gejala/ perubahan yang terjadi pada variable keterampilan menulis yang disebabkan oleh adanya perubahan yang terjadi pada variable kemampuan penalaran.
4. Nilai F hitung < F table untuk uji linier, maka variable kemampuan penalaran dan keterampilan menulis dapat mengidentifikasi perubahan dengan konstanta tentu membentuk perubahan searah.
